How to Use the Test Series Effectively
A test series only helps if you use it correctly. Most students fail to get value from mock tests because they treat them as content review rather than exam simulation.
1. Start with Class Tests
After finishing each topic, take the class test immediately. It reveals gaps while the topic is fresh.
2. Timed Conditions Only
Never attempt a test without a timer running. Time pressure changes everything — train for it from the first test.
3. Part C First Strategy
In full-length mocks, practise attempting Part C before Part B. 100 marks vs 70 marks — prioritise by value.
4. Analyse Every Wrong Answer
Concept gap, calculation error, or missed condition? Don’t move on until you know why.
5. PYQ Tests as Benchmarks
